1. The Maajjo Commitment (Final Sale)

Because our Gift Boxes are either hand-crafted or custom-assembled for you, all sales are considered final. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. We invite our patrons to review all product details and sizing meticulously before finalizing their selection.

2. Our Quality Guarantee

Your experience is our utmost priority. While we conduct rigorous quality checks, we understand that transit can be unpredictable. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Notification: Please contact our concierge within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Verification: A continuous, unedited unboxing video (starting from the original sealed flyer/box) is required to validate any claim.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will prioritize a replacement of the original piece or issue a Maajjo Store Credit for your future indulgence.

3. Curated & Festive Editions

Our Eid Deal Boxes and Customized Sets are assembled to order and often include fragile or perishable elements. These seasonal editions are strictly ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

4. Bangle Sizing & Hygiene

To maintain the highest hygiene standards for our intimate accessories, bangles cannot be exchanged for size variations. Please consult our Bangle Size Guide (2.4, 2.6, 2.8) to ensure a perfect fit for your celebratory ensemble.
