1. Processing & Handling

Every Eid Deal Box and Kashmiri Bangle Set undergoes a meticulous quality check and premium packaging process.

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Customized Collections: Since these are assembled specifically for you, please allow 3–5 business days for preparation before dispatch.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with leading logistics providers (TCS, Leopard, and Trax) to ensure nationwide reach across Pakistan.

  • Islamabad & Rawalpindi: 1–2 business days.

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–5 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.

  • Note: During high-demand festive seasons (such as the 10 days leading up to Eid), slight delays may occur. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Nationwide Shipping: Rs. 250 (Flat Rate).

  • Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier agent upon arrival.

  • Refused Deliveries: If a COD parcel is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, Maajjo reserves the right to restrict future COD privileges for that account.

5. Order Tracking

Once your Maajjo parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or WhatsApp. You can monitor your journey to elegance in real-time.

6. Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including nearby landmarks and an active contact number. Maajjo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect contact details.
